Yep ... gotta go dig the driveshaft out of the parts pile. I do have one of the plastic plugs in the back the seals against the seal and covers the output shaft.

Did a more thorough measurement of flex plate to TC.

It's a smidgen under 1/4", I can just wedge in my home made 1/4" feeler, but it's flexing the plate a bit to do it. So call it 7/32", should I be ok there?

Found a bit of fluid on the lower side of the TC .... didn't think I spilled any on it when I added 1 qt before installing. I assume they pressure test these before shipping them. The 1 qt I added should all settle to the bottom of the TC without even coming up to the level of the input opening correct?
