I had this reproduction made of the original dealer decal that would have appeared on my Trans Am. Bud Beck's son later saw it and told me it was spot on.

I had zero idea that area of Comm Ave was Boston's original Auto-mile. That location is a tiny weird Target now.

Dealer badge I found in parts lot when I bought my '65 a couple years ago. It's plastic with what originally was sticky tape on back. I glued a magnetic strip on it, so I can take it on & off.

I think most big cities have had several places where the car dealerships congregated, than as time went on they moved. I know there have been at least four areas in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro where all the dealerships were, then they all moved to another location. There are still a few of the dealer buildings left in the oldest areas (like pre-1920), they're pretty ornate and some have the car names still showing in the decorative stone work on the front.

I have all the original paperwork from Village Pontiac, including the purchase agreement, trade in information, the owners name and address etc etc. I'd love to find some Village Pontiac dealer stuff. A keychain, plate frame, emblem or something.

Do a search on ebay for "village pontiac" and save the search. This way you'll get an email anytime an item is for sale that matches. It took 3 years but I finslly got a dealer emblem for mine.

Great Topic,
My 71 Catalina Freeway Enforcer does have a dealer emblem on the trunk, but I don't have a picture of it, I will try and remember to get a shot of it the next time I visit it in the shop. But I also have the original dealers Key Chain hear are a couple of shots of it. Along with the original dealer license plate frame from my 67 Firebird Sprint.

My original paint '70 Chevelle SS454. Not sure how the sticker survived. The car was not a garage baby and sat out in the elements. Spent its whole life in Montana until I bought it in 2021 and brought it to California.

Here's a Bud Beck plate frame for my Polar White '70 Judge. The Boomershine Atlanta emblem is off of an old '68 GTO I had years ago.
