AF has agreed value, they literally state in the insurance paperwork back to me the value number that I sent the appraisals in for, $72k and $88k. Agreed value or I'd walk for sure.
Total Loss The body shop told me a few horror stories, not about AF, some IC don't allow you to buy back or restore if totaled and then there's some odd 80/20 thing legal jive and you get screwed. Body shop said Haggerty and Grundy are the best here, total loss, buy back, restore etc, that's a nice feature that while we all hope we'll never need, if that .001 happens to you, you're covered. Funny you ask about AF on total loss, my prior agent was a family agent for over 30 years, he just retired in June. I'm planning on meeting with his replacement, total loss is coming up for sure since I know they handle the claims exactly how I want, fast and 100% paid. If anything changes from my AF contract on total loss, I'm going Haggerty or Grundy for sure.

Hello All! I won’t hide the fact that I am in OpenRoad team member. I saw this thread and wanted to be available to answer any questions. First, to quickly address some of the questions/comments I’ve already seen come up.
1. Does OpenRoad charge separately for towing? Nope, roadside support is included in your policy. Unlike others out there, we do not have an upcharge or membership program for this coverage. We also don’t restrict you to our network of providers. Our program provides the freedom and flexibility to use the service that can get to you the fastest, and we reimburse you. For more information on all our coverages please visit -> https://www.openroadautoinsurance.com/our-coverages 2. Does Open Road offer as many bells and whistles as others? Absolutely. You’ll notice that many customer testimonials and google reviews specifically state that those folks captured significant savings on equal or better coverage with OpenRoad! While each individual quote is unique, we built our program specifically for auto enthusiasts, tailored to their needs from coverages and support all the way through how we hand claims and repairs! 3. Lots of positive comments on here about our customer service! That is great to see! We pride ourselves on our customer support. 4. Please feel free to visit our website to learn more. You can also give our customer support team a call with all question about our coverage offerings (1-866-952-7622)! Don’t’ forget to mention if you are transferring coverage from one of our competitors Or if you are a member of a car club. You’ll receive additional discounts with OpenRoad for both! https://www.openroadautoinsurance.com/ |

Since I've got so many things bundled with State Farm; home, 2 BMWs, boat, jewelry & liability umbrella, I decided to give them a shot. My requirements were full coverage for liability, collision, comprehensive and roadside assistance matching my other vehicles, and agreed value of $65K and up 5000 miles per year. Their requirements were annual photos with mileage verification, minimum deductibles of $500 on the Firebird, and the car is not to be used for commuting to work. Came to $42 per month.

Srmmmm
It's possible your classic coverage is under State Farm Classic + which is by Hagerty, maybe the insurance guys in here will comment on that.
