Late to the party...
But had a wonderful 250th celebration at our Campground with my wife, 1 of the daughters, & 1 son in law, plus 4 of the 8 grandkids, plus a granddaughter in-law & 2 boyfriends of granddaughters. 😎 Quite a group once I type it out, lol. Fireworks display was wonderful. Heat was a little less than the few days before & the rain held off. A wonderful 4 day weekend for me to recharge a bit before heading back to the Rat Race yesterday. Blessed to be a part of this wonderful country's 250th Celebration, and The Bicentennial 50yrs ago also. Memories aren't much of that tho as I was a young kid. My biggest memory of that was the 7UP Bicentennial pop bottles. 😂 Still have a couple in the Pole Barn. 👍 |
