I haven't seen the film since 1979 so I'm not really a fan.
But I am curious if the car is authentic.

Look close as the 69 Trans Am says it's a tribute car. Not even a real T/A. How do you get that much money from a car thats not even real.

I didn't remember the car either. It's in the background here, but I don't remember seeing him in it.

I like those vintage Firestone Super Sports bias plies. I had a set of those on my first car back in 1978.
