In haste i overlooked that there are 3 Cameo JVerts. sorry
And then dropped them down to 15. lol yeh

The image in my mind about humping the chrome off the rear bumper of a WT7 JVert was just too overwhelming in the moment i guess. My apologies to all.

It would be 1 of x-teen in 2 different dimensions, hows that.

Noticed all these Verts were built in Pontiac Michigan plant.
Can you get a hold of a couple // few ??
Or already have some of them ?

They don't even have to be Verts
Just Pont Mich 71 Judges - if you have some.

Thanky mucho gracios
Todd - I have exactly one Pontiac plant, 1971 Judge GM of Canada invoice (which as you know has much more detail than a PHS invoice). Happens to be a Cameo, WT7, hood tach, M22, G60 tire car. Hardtop, though. Still - pretty damned rare . . .

Also have the PHS invoice and build order for a Pontiac plant Starlight '71 Judge. Also a hardtop, with honeys and G60's. M40 car. Build order is rather difficult to read, though.

Lemme know if you want any of them, and I'll shoot them to you.

EDIT Just found a Pontiac plant '71 Judge WT7 build order as well . . .

EDIT #2 Never mind, Todd. Just looked through the WT7 thread and it appears you already have the ones I have. Oh well . . .

Lloyd,

I pm'd Henley about the 71 Red 4spd Judge Hdtp he bought a few years back.
He posted a tiny version of PHS in his thread.
Found his buildsheet and was supposed to post it too.
Never did it tho .

Hope to hear back on that.
It was a Pontiac plant car.

---------------------------------

Did you get the buildsheet from eBay auction when the totalled/clapped out/run over with tractor/ parted out and left to die Blue 71 Judge 4spd Hdtp was resurected ?

It was painted Red before it was all crashed and trashed.
Just to refresh memories.

Gary, I would imagine that is the one that came out of New York. The Mariacher's owned it for a while. Very neat car. Black with Ivory interior. I remember that car having 15" Honeys.

Buildsheet shows dealer number 05163 if that helps until Lloyd gets back.
I don't have Invoice on that car.

M_C - don't you have any 71 Judge Buildsheets you can share me ?

I had a folder of scanned build sheets of various cars hidden somewhere here in my computer; don't know if I can find it again, but if I do I will post them.

Weren't all of the 71 & 72 A-Body verts built at the Pontiac Plant? I don't believe I've ever come across one that wasn't.

Does anybody have the contact info on the current owner of car #4 - Gary D's old car? Was purchased at the Milt Robson auction - November 2010 & has possibly changed hands since. PM or e-mail please if you do. [email protected] Thanks.

I wouldn't be too surprised about that.
Someone got a really fair price on that car with all things considered.
Top Notch Resto, and one of the few 4speeds.

Milt probably went upside down or barely broke even on it.
He had too many top rankers being sold at one time. imho

I am always looking new information; please email me with any help you are willing to share. [email protected] or 918-260-0151.

Eric Stevens is running a 71 GTO registry, please take the time if you are lucky enough to have one of these cars:

************************************************** ************************************************** *******************************************
Below is information provided by various interested parties.

The special paint car was painted a color that is close to 69 Camaro Rally Green, ordered by a Florida dealer to pay tribute to Florida's state symbol the Alligator. It is probably close to being fully restored

One of the board members from Classical Pontiac had an interesting accounting, as follows: gmman Bio 8/10/05 8:30 There was a Green 71 Judge convertible here in Fla back in the 80s which I looked at and was purchased for $750 dollars by someone named Earl but the car did not have the numbers matching engine. The previous owner pulled the engine to restore the car and never got around to restoring the car. He drove it with another 455 engine and sold it to Earl Ostericher who advertises in Hemmings. Earl had the car for sale around 1988 and sold it to a person on the west coast for $8,000. The previous owner still has knowledge of the original 455HO engine but the current owner wants to buy the engine back for a cheap price. This same owner sold another numbers matching 71 Judge convertible White for over $100k but was real cheap on his offer on the engine which still resides in Florida. Go figure

Update from a web veiwer8/23/05: Hello Steve, I have seen your post on Performance Years Website for the 71 Judge Conv and I wanted to provide you with some updated info. First, car number 3, the picture you have linked/displayed is actually a 70 GTO Conv with Judge stripes. I know this because I was the show coordinator and have other pictures from other angles that can verify this. Also the car was owned by a friend of mine. Secondly, Car # 14 is in Georgia, I have seen it multiple times, I thought it was to be at the GTO Nats this year but it was not. The car is should be or 95% done a frame off resto, the last time I saw it; it looked very, very nice. Unfortunately I do not have any pics of the car or have the VIN for it. I know it is real because I remember the car being for sale about 5 yrs ago up in New York or the North East and then going to this guys shop and seeing the car. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. Steve: So I have removed the info on car 3, and listed 14 as in GA, hopefully a pic will turn up soon.

Uncle Judge from Performance Years board had this: Hey Steve, I am fairly certain that the Cardinal Red car (#10) is the one that Steve Ames bought out of my town in the late 80's or very early 90's. The car had been in the same family for years and was passed down from a Factory Zone Rep. That one was an original Red car with a TH400. Kevin at Ames confirmed this to be true. 8/23/05

Hope Steve doesn't mind a post on the 71 Judges. Good point on list that have 7 M22/10 M40 Judge verts..

For the links and pix go to the master list: http://www.428gto.com/71judge.htm

Any chance the 3 UnKnowns were actually 4speed cars ?

Or have all these 71 JVerts had their Invoices pulled and been confirmed, by other means ? Such as PHS institution.

Guess this means i need to start back at the beginning of thread again........
