67 Firebird convertible in AZ at $66K BIN. Another overpriced car by at least $20K IMO. The white arrow thingy on the hood and "Lola" on the trunk lid detract. It's a nice car, but what you can get for $66K is a lot. I'm not dumb, but I can't understand...

Advertised as a 326 HO, but it's a plain ol' 326.

73 Firebird Esprit with very tasteful mods IMO. I like the 17" honeycombs and the green looks great. $46K in Missouri.

Appears to have a legit '70-'72 T/A dash bezel in it (although it looks to have had the swirl pattern redone).

Unusual and exceptionally nice to my eyes.

Thanks for posting this one.

Those wheels and blackwalls are quite striking with the paint and overall vibe.

I would like to know what the paint is... looks like a modern version of Palisade but classed up with pearl.

Who makes these 17" honeycomb wheels?

!!!!!!

Yes, that’s a really nice looking ride I must agree! That Slate Green looks very close to the original Palisade Green that my ‘70 Formula wore. I almost chose those 17” Honeycombs also, (pretty sure those are made by Year One) but I changed my mind due to the fact they wouldn’t show my new Wilwood brakes as well as the 17” Billet Specialties I went with.
I do like the look though. Had factory honeycombs on my 73 Formula years ago and had so many comment on that look.

67 Friebird 400 4-speed in Texas at $59K. Not sure what color it is, but the blue interior looks good with it. Nice car, but on the high side.

69 Firebird in Kentucky at $11K BIN with a rebuilt 350. If you lived close, you may be able to negotiate if this project is up your alley.

69 Firebird seats in CA at $1200. I expected the pleat in the seat to be puffier because you guys can spot a PUI seat cover. These look flat to me.

One would think the seller would repair the torn driver seat.

I often wonder why these nicely finished, high-priced cars often have small but obvious cosmetic issues like a torn seat. I guess the seller figures he'd rather let the buyer decide how to fix it than spend money and guess wrong on a buyers' preference?

For those of you selling nice cars like these, how do you make those decisions?

Seems like ebay has become a place for overpriced stuff for these old car type dealers.

Those GM of canada sheets are often error prone, for example one of the ones you just posted has the 400 option marked as Formula so he was obviously using the wrong year option list in that example. The gold standard is the shipping manifest sheets they used to give you when you ordered the documents from the canadian guys since that is the actual source material.

If you look at that shipping manifest from the TA in question there is some odd things going on:

Of the 16 cars (the very last one isn't complete) there are three TA's (including a cvt!) , three 350 HO cars, two regular 350's and 8 400 HO (non TA cars) and every one of those 400 HO non TA cars is Cameo white!

This sounds very suspect. The W62 can't be the TA code since every single car on this manifest including all the 350 cars have that option code.

This is a fascinating sample size. Is there a number that exists for all 69 Firebirds by option sold in Canada?

Those manifest sheets are not the same as the dealer invoices we are used to seeing from PHS in that they include codes we don't normally see on the PHS invoice. The biggest difference is it often shows component options and a group code, for example a TA on a PHS invoice will just show one option, the TA but on the manifest it shows the TA option and all the component options included in the TA (the 400 option, the 400 HO, ram air, power steering, power brakes, STT, ride and handling etc).

I’ve seen such on some of those Canadian documents but it seems to be limited to models (not options) .
