Who is Dr Lane? Famous guy? If so..why.
If it was a white with black interior it would peak my attention! Both of these are not newly discovered or barn finds. Just cool to see them side by side!! Pretty awesome...

In addition to the story on Dr. Lane's Judge, I think he advertised it as 1 of 17 Judge Convertibles and had proof that there were only 17 made.
Most didn't know/realize how rare they were. After that more info started coming forth on the rest. Took a long time to get most of the info on the remaining Judge converts. Steve Hoog dedicated a lot of time to tracking these down.

Omigod! That Burgundy car is GORGEOUS! Red interior! Parchment top!
I know some folks don't like maroon with red interior, but it's the bee's knees to me! And I've seen VERY FEW '69 Judges with Parchment tops.....WOW! Not a vinyl top Judge guy, but this one would make me forget that! |
