Well I'll do something a bit different, heres a video of my 3 First Gens and my 89 GTA Convert with a 350. ( 1 of 50 made). The blue hardtop is the 87th one made and now has 530,000 miles. The convert is my best but probably handles the worst. The primered on is the one that has a stock shortblock with non ported #16 heads and does 12.5s in the quarter and 11s on nitrous. The Barn my cars are in has been my 1 year project. Its been 8 months since I finished it.

Thanks for all the good words. I'll give a little info on the car w/a few more pictures, and I'll try to keep it short. The car use to be owned by Charles Bolin and can be seen on DSE's website under projects. After it left DSE, it sat in storage for about 5 years, and that's when I bought it. I've had to go thru and pretty much redo everything.
1. Really been debating over keeping the rebuilt 400 which currently dyno'd at 419 hp and 443 ft/lbs of torque or to put a new LS motor in it. I decided yesterday to keep the 400, order a set of ported kre heads and cam thru SD performance which should put me at a little over 500 hp. I will also be running a richmond 5 speed transmission. 2. As you can see on DSE's website, it has a four link currie 9"rear w/welded in subframe connectors and raised shock towers and strange axles. 3. It has been mini tubbed by DSE. 4. I've raptored the underside, trans tunnel, trunk and interior floors. 5. It's supporting Budnik Tiller 17"x13" rears w/6.0 BS and 335/35/17 michelin pilots and 17"x9.5" fronts w/6.250" BS and 255/45/17 michelin pilots. ( I plan on selling the wheel and tire package soon as I'm going with michelin 275/35/18 front and 345/30/19 rear). 6. It has a Wayne Due front clip, C4 corvette suspension, QA1's and Bear brakes all the way around. 7. Front bumper has been shaved and snugged up and will be painted. The rear bumper is a 68 Camaro bumper due to a gas cap modification and has been shaved and snugged up and will also be painted. 8. I've removed the gas lid and replaced it with a shelby lid which has been recessed. 9. Good eyes on the front valance, it has been modified using 68 firebird, 68 camaro and 69 camaro valances. I will use the original Firebird blinker lights for signaling and the camaro lights will be Marquez manufactured driving lights. 10. Smooth firewall w/Vintage air set up. There's more, but those are the major highlights. Thanks again for the good words, it's been a long haul for this car, but it's coming together. Lenie 1968 firebird 400 motor being dyno's by Martin Motor Sports out of Michigan who also rebuilt it. ![]() Currie" w/ 4 link by DSE ![]() A shot of the Raptor lining

WAY cool Lenie. your making me have thoughts of getting "carried away" with mine as well... MUST... SHOW... RESTRAINT!!
...i've got enough projects as it is, i don't need to make this one any bigger. oh well, it'll be at least 2 years before i realy do much of anything to it. it was just too good of a deal to pass on. plus, i've always wanted one... well, i 68 convert is what i've ALWAYS wanted but coupes are pretty badass too ... might fix the brakes and drive it around town now and then while it waits it's turn in the shop.

Here is a sight that is not often seen 3 69 T/A's of different varieties, from the left on the first image. RAIV 4 spd, RAIII auto convert, RAIII 4 spd, notice the corresponding plates on the RAIV & convert (55 & 8), real 1969 IL plates. Also a nice downward shot of the engine compartments, awesome sight of 4 Ram air equipped 69's.
