69 Firebird 400 in Michigan at $70K. Ad states it's a NM block, but there's no good pic of the engine, and what you can see is an aftermarket air cleaner and valve covers. Car has a 5-speed, so the transmission is not NM and has been upgraded to 4WDB. There's a lot of metalflake in the paint too, which deviates from stock. It's a nice car, but not $70K nice IMO. Deluxe seat covers and standard door panels.

We've seen this one before, but cool enough to revisit. 69 RAIII convertible Goldenrod yellow in AZ at $110K. Says it's one of 499.

Wow...were rocker moldings optional in 69?

I'm pretty sure that is the 69 Ram4 GTO that former PY member BlkBrd (RiP) in Florida restored.
Thinking it sold at a Mecum auction in the past 1-2 years.

68 350 Firebird 5-speed in Pennsylvania at $21K BIN. Very interesting colors, and even though the interior choices weren't the direction I would have gone, the car is worth the asking all day. Won't last more than a day IMO if it's legit. Is having a big gulp holster that important?

That is a very good looking 68 Bird Convt.
Looks like S.O. color Windward Blue

No PHS , trim tag or engine photos.
It's 2025 already , get with it people.

69 GTO Judge convertible 4-speed at $145K in Arizona. 1 of 74. Would you rather have this car, or an LS3 restomod for the same price?

That car is a fake.
Someone either got ripped off - and passing the buck
Or they are the rip off artist themself.

Judges came with Rally 2 wheels standard , not optional.
The MSRP is also too low for a Jvert equipped that way.
They forged The Judge to the bottom of the first row on the invoice.

The trim tag colors also don't match the invoice colors.
So trim tag is a modern forgery too.

Have seen this done before , and it's only going to get worse / better forgeries.

Wow... good catch. I would think anyone buying a car like that would order new PHS docs.

That would be smart business , but doesn't always work that way.
A very knowledgable PY member bought a 71 Judge Hardtop that had been done that way .
(fraudulent PHS on a 71 GTO 455 HO car - with The Judge tacked on the bottom row)
He traveled several states away to get it - then had to haul it back there.

He posted the PHS that came with the car - I said uht oh - bad news

That was over 10 years ago , maybe over 15 years ago .....
Probably should have kept it at a reduced price - but I don't know if seller was willing to negotiate.
I think that seller also got rooked on the fraudulent PHS .

Better to splurge an extra $135 on a private copy
Than to blow thousands on a scam

Listing does say Sold for a Best Offer on July 11
Somebody is going to get a nuclear corn-cobbing in the rumptal region.

Seller has 300+ feedback and 100%
Big story about the car and a widowed owner.
Hubby might have left her with a big big lie , or it's all just a lie from square one.

And even tried to make the WT block appear as WS .

Trim Tag was swapped AFTER the restoration.
Tag is different hue of black and different texture than the surrounding cowl paint.

Both of those issues appear to be Very Fresh work.

They blotted out digits of the VIN on the PHS and Dash VIN.
And didn't list VIN in the normal field of the description.

My ruling is the seller is complicit at minimum , or fully responsible.
