Leader Automotive...that car was a Division 3 regular if I recall, and I think George DeLorean may have been loosely tied with it. Steve, any info? That's an early 70's shot, by the way.

"LEADER Automotive" car was Georges car. A 68 GTO body w/RAIV-428 engine.
George only had the car a couple years before selling it. So I'd guess very early 70's pic Driven by Ed Lee. |

I don't know much about the "Leader Auto" car other than what has been said. Here is a pic I found in my files with the body up. It is blown and engine looks like a Pontiac, stock valve covers, etc.
The heads tuck inside the chassis making it an earlier design and it probably has rear susp ( a probable guess). Me thinks the Dick Seargent funny could be the same car as the Leader. Or possibly the body by the same mold.?
