I'm just wondering how it is a "barn find" if it was licensed and on the road in 2016.

I'm gonna lean across the fence and say that GP isn't a 455 car , or a 455 engine.
The 455 XF code engine came with dual snorkel air cleaner ... and pretty sure with chrome valve covers too. It looks pretty virgin underhood , would still be an XH code 400cid / 350hp with #13 heads at minimum. Also a great engine. You can see tattle-tell markings on quarters where vinyl top trim was removed. Still a nice deal for the price . imo |

I'm going to guess the blue engine was the original 400. The compression ratio for a 455 with 16 heads wouldn't be very street friendly.
