Uhm ah, I dont need a front plate.

So uhm, er-ah, al-lah does anybody make a mid-plate for our BOP Bell fllange? think I need one.

HIS, you can use a common BBC midplate. Fits the BOP bell all but two holes which are redrilled.
I only suggest the BBC plate because I see the prefabbed ones in the catalogs quite reasonable priced. I know they work as I used one when I swapped my FB from BBC to Pontiac. It made the swap a snap as I was able to use the same mounts.
I was thinking with a factory type deal like your GTO, fabbing your own elephant ear type mounts from the 2 lower bell housing holes to frame might be easier.
