cdoggy81,
If you want to sell the green/tan 73, email me at [email protected] with the details and your price. A couple of photos would be nice as well.
Thanks

cdoggy81, did you buy that green car out of Milwaukee, WI? I bought a bunch of parts for a 73 from a guy with a green 73, that was painted red, that he said he sold to some guy in FL. I may have the original block and rear end for that car.

Brewster, I have a post in this section regarding this cars value.

I've got a red standard 455. Don't know what the count is now. I did count over 60 in the POCI members directory about 4 years ago.

Father and Son,

I talked to him about the car. He wants 21,000 to 22,000

Should be green...but it's red
Should have a tan interior....but it is black
Should be an auto....but it is a 4-spd
Orig. engine is missing...but the post above might remedy that

It was, but it wasn't what I was looking for, guess I'll stop fooling around and get back to my blue 72

TAjohn,
What price were you looking to spend for a real, running TA btw???
I "WANTED" $21000-$22000 after I did a few more things to it but a REAL offer can steal it away for A LOT less!!!.....

cdoggy81,
Your post said that you wanted to sell the 73. I sent you an email asking for your price and a couple of photos.
You sent me an email asking me to call you about the car.
I called, we discussed what the car is presently and what the tag says it should be. You told me about the color change, the hood pins and that the interior should be tan but that you had gathered some tan for the car. You told me about the auto changed to a 4spd.
I asked you want you needed for the car as it was (red/black) and you responded 21-22.

I thanked you for your time and said that that was more than I wanted to get into because I was looking for a green/tan car not a red/black car that was going to take some money to put it back to what it should be.

There wasn't a reduced offer or such, all I was looking for was what it would take to buy the car. That was why I sent the email and made the call.

It looks like a nice car from the photos, best of luck with the sale.

That's is exactly as I remember the phone call & we had a good talk (except I wanted your 72...
Again, I state the same question "What price were you looking to spend for a real, running TA???"

Count me in for one. I'd like to have a green one too, if someone has a lead on one. I wanted a Brewster originally but the deal on the white car was too good to pass up. Like John, I'd prefer one that's still green.

Hey you guys, post a picture of your cars in order for the rest of us to see them. It's always fun to check out new cars no matter what condition.
Good luck Tazzzzzzzz, with that car today!
