if you had a lemans and wanted a 400 2bl it was an XX code ,400 4bl was XV code,not to many of those floating around,what is it like 1% out of total lemans built

The car is up on the 'Bay right now. I asked if he ordered the PHS or not, he said no. The BIN is $2495. I was intetested but not sure I am after reading this... It seems like a rare car to me, am I missing something or his statement of the XV having the VIN on it not legit?

Rare car, but how can you trust this guy when his description of the trunk pan is "nice". For some reason all I'm seeing is rust! Rust in the corners of the doors, rust on the firewall, rust in the floors, needs hood and trunk lid. Seems to me he Is selling vin tags and a supposed matching vin motor?
