Assuming your jack is the correct length, in the 34"-35" range so it fits the brackets, it is likely your original jack. Your car is an extremely late build and it is hard to know exactly when the running change occurred at the Norwood plant. With these "Y" (aka "T") style jacks, the codes are stamped on the mechanism by the UP/DOWN lever. It would be interesting to see what yours is dated.

Hi all:
Just a little extra information on the jack issue. On April 29,1970 the jack handle/lug wrench changed from 9775167 to 3987070. This would mean that 1970 cars built around that date would get the newer handle. My July 1970 parts book shows the 3987070 used for 1971 All A,F,G so it looks like the change occurred on April 29th and carried to at least September 1971.

My Sept. 1968 parts book shows the jack asm as follows:
67 F/8 & T/8 9783142
68 F/8 & T/8 9793541
69 All 9798342 Made by Universal Tool & Stamping

My March 1969, July 1969 and November 1969 book shows:
69-70 All 9798342
70 All except Pont. 9798138 Made by Auto Specialties

My July 1970 book shows:

70 All except Pont. 9798138

My July 1970 book also shows three base part numbers adding to the confusion.
