i'm impressed to see the pics. That's a good amount of headers being produced.
Looks like things are on the ball with Ron and Co.

Everyone is going to get a set if they ordered one and paid for it. Plain and simple. Those who have paid extra for shipping etc are NOT the only ones who have gotten headers. So its not a case of......pay more or else you dont get.....

Its just that if today is Sat and there is no money in the account for shipping, then Joe Blow who is willing to throw in the extra $ to pay shipping will get the set sitting on the ground ready to go. Jim Kirk, who did not....will still get his....but at some other point. If anyone has a healthy money tree and wants to contribute let us know........mine isnt producing fruit much lately. And I know thats the case for others too. All I can say is......hang in there. Ron is going to get them all out. That means you too crustysarge and ducks goat.

Most of you really dont have a clue how he has struggled to keep this going. The past few days he has spent paying his helper to pull apart the mandrel bender to figure out why it wasnt lubricating the mandrel. Several days lost, more tubing wasted, more money gone. New order for tubing finally went out because he is low, but the funds hadnt been there to order more, until now.

I'm not asking for you to feel sorry for him.......just to see that his heart is in the right place and he WANTS to make it all right for everyone, no matter what you think of the way he does business.

Hang in there guys!!! I am working on a way to help him with the 2" headers. Yes David, you are at the TOP of the list. Problem is that he doesnt have the nice wooden block forms he uses to form the pieces for the smaller headers. Something like 30 of them. These help him reproduce each piece over and over exactly. So I am trying to see if I can make a mold from expanding foam since he cant afford to have someone route out new ones out of wood.

I have been watching this deal unfold for years.I knew Ron before he started building headers when he was trying to put RA V stuff together.JMHO it is time for him to REALLY treat this deal as a biz.He is too friggin cheap to make any kind of profit. He is getting no return on his investment. He should be charging at least $800 plus shipping for all new orders!FWIW,Tom

Received my set of headers last week. I contacted RAVgirl and arranged to pay the shipping again. Glad I did, I now have headers.

At first, I didn't feel to comfortable about sending more money, however, I believe Ron means good and he had the headers ready to go, just no money to ship. I'm still out the coating cost and the original shipping cost. Hopefully Ron can keep things going and pay us back someday.

Ron, thanks for the headers.

Hmmm, Aron you must have a different list than we do? There's no Joe Blow on there. Also if Jim Kirk aka William Shatner ordered a set Ron would have surely told me. He is a Trekkie. lol

How are the fit of these headers in the 68-72 A-Bodies with 4-speeds?

Any mods to the clutch linkage required?

Here's another set that left yesterday. I know I said he would have two more done by Fri but that's not the case. Ron had received a large amount of tubing yesterday. So a lot of the day was getting it all cut to size for use on the bender. Then getting it all stored among other related stuff.

Naw, they are too busy making headers for new customers, they have your money (and mine, and that of others) so you don't get yours now, just wait or you will be put to the end of the line and maybe get yours when there is no more oil to drive your car.

crustysarge....that is incorrect. If you look at who has been getting headers OLD orders and NEW orders continue to go out.

Larry....Ron tried to get in touch with you a number of times. Would you like to PM me your contact info so I can make it happen?

Aron, with all due respect, it is not possible to determine who is getting "old" orders and how old the order is since nobody seems to have a list. I, and others, have asked several times where we stood in The Great Scheme but it fell on deaf ears.

So, I stand by my words simply because I have no valid proof as to who is owed what. Now, it is not my concern who has what order in The Great Scheme but I do deserve to know where I stand. For example: You are number xx in a line of xxx and it is estimated yours will be produced on/about xxxxxx". But wait, I was promised several dates so a new date wouldn't matter anyway, just be another false statement. (Notice I don't say lie, I don't want to offend The Great Scheme Master.)
