that's me driving my (hand control equipped) 2+2 on a 300-mile round trip a few weeks ago. the 400/400 knocked out 17 mpg, compared to the other guy's little hot rods, both of which run SBFs and weigh about 2000 lbs. they got about 14 mpg each.
it has a 3.42 posi, 235/75/15 tires on the rear, and it runs about 2500 rpm at 65 mph.

hey monster..i dig thos spyders..looking at your pic, i dont recognize ya from the old days....ya know Ron Freeburger?..hes in a chair has some really neet GTOs and a few big pontiacs..all hand controlled too...he was diving off a bridge and broke his neck..in cedar hill..

monster, did you buy that car from a guy in imperial?..a heavy set guy with a 68 GTO he bought new and went to Viet Nam..hes some kind of insurance adjuster and has a 65 post GTO a red one supposed to be his daughters car
sure looks like the car that sat in his driveway for years...
