I'm pretty sure it is correct based on the orientation of the original distributor, and the one in the Black Car. It seems that if the vacuum is on the rights side, clocked 180'degrees different, it comes into interference with the heater hose and nipple on the right head. I would appreciate some verification from others with a running car.

Thanks Mike, is that some of your artwork? Hope you've been able to get the cars out some this weekend. It's a beautiful weekend here and I hope to beat on a couple of mine today.

Too bad the Gold Car is still under construction and the burn out video debut is still probably a couple months away. The engine is now finished, and the oil has been added and the oil pump primed. I want to run it in before installing it, but with all the crap at work don't know when I will be able to slip away for a day mid-week. Got the new throttle cable installed yesterday and the brakes have been bled. That was a bit of an adventure with all new brake lines throughout the car. Needless to say there were a couple leaks and we had to go get additional brake fluid. I gave MPD the choice of car to drive to the parts store and he of course he selected the NSX.

Coming back we started to hear a whirring noise under the front hood and upon getting back to the HRG found that brake fluid was coming out the top of the ABS resevoir. Fortunately, the NSXPrime website is a great resource and within a few minutes the problem was diagnosed as a stuck ABS solenoid which causes the pump to continuously cycle and overpressurize the system. It seems like this is a common problem on seldom driven NSX's that don't get a lot hard driving/braking. The recommended first step is to take the car out and do repeated panic stops that activate the ABS system. MPD was happy to drive through the neighborhood doing panic stops and that seems to have fixed the problem. Further it is recommended that at least once a month you activate the ABS system to keep to solenoids and system in good working condition. Hmmm...

Here's a few pictures.

Norwood, Form 74, and I made a nice trip up north to TRi-powers place yesterday. It was a great day to drive. Many cars there. Meet some 78-79 original owners of their TAs.

Blue and Red 6.6 in great shape. Couple of nice survivor TAs. Stunning 69 4 speed with parchment, and Mezzos 72 as well..

Thanks for asking!

If Dave is lacking the time to 'exercise' the nsx anti lock system, I would be happy to assist 😎
