FRock: Who is the pretty lady with your orange goat? The color of her dress matches the car nicely!
Just voted today and it is now 54% to 38%! BJ

Another vote for Tom. Rock I was wondering the same thing, but was afraid to ask. But I really think that is my Orange GTO, if not it is a twin. Hopefully I'll get pics of mine up soon. But Tom you are in the lead and I love it when the Chevy boys don't win everything, even though I do have a really good friend that owns a 69 COPO Camaro (just found out it was a COPO a few months ago). Chevy can't win all the time, especially against such a nice Goat as yours.

Tom getting read to vote for today. Yes it has been slightly frustrating for my friend as a guy in Columbus, Ohio has been bugging him to death for the car, even offered a sizable amount of money for just the body without the built 427 (L-88 block and heads) and M-22 four speed. but the Camaro has been in his family since 1973 and he has told the guy he has no intentions of selling the car. Car originally had a L-72 427 with Turbo 400 trans, still has the original paint and interior. Outside of my friends COPO the only other Camaro I really liked was my aunts 69 Z28 that had a built 302, crossram intake with 2 Holleys (don't remember what size) with a Muncie 4 speed and 4.56 gears. That thing would flat scream and made Cobra Jet Mustangs slither away in disgust and shame, along with anything and anyone else that wanted to try to race her. Let's make a GTO a winner this time, Tom you deserve the bragging rights.

It is a good frustration though! Friend of mine purchased a 71 440 6 pack Challenger convertible back in 1974. Plum crazy with wihite gut and top. He bought it and put it in the garage. It has been there ever since. A few years back someone in my town got wind of it and it spread like wild fire throughout the Mopar community. Like your friend, he does not intend to sell it and has been offered ridiculous money for it. I should add that he has several nice cars, but the only ones he drives and races are his T Types. I guess most of us know someone like your friend and mine. Oh well, only a couple of days to go and if I win I owe it all to the Pontiac guys and there huge support. It is amazing!

Well Tom we Pontiac owners are a family that is tight knit. I've been a car guy all my life and since getting my GTO in 1986 I have tried to learn all I could about the old Indians. And thank you for helping keep out beloved Pontiacs out there for everyone to see. You and your beautiful GTO deserve it.

What's great guys is that mid month he was over 40% ahead in the polls and thought it was locked. That is, till my Pontiac friends kicked in and we just edged up and passed him. It's really a shame that he had point fingers, sign up to our site and accuse me of cheating and such, but in his defense I'm sure he was frustrated. Pontiac has had their sh*t together for years and are organized and supportive of one another and that's what made the difference. Hope everyone has a great New Year and have fun in 2010.

I always like a good race. Does your car get put on calender or anything for winning?
