I dont remember the white one in Springerville. I was a bit overwhelmed at how nice the stuff was. I also remember a complete and running 69 Roadrunner that I think was red at that time also around 92. The owner of the yard was asking $2000. Have you ever been to the big yard don near Socorro NM. I remember visiting that a few times in the early 90s. They had a real clean 66 GTO shell and a 67 GTO that looked like it was dropped out of an airplane. The owner told me the grusome story behind it.

This is a great thread, thanks for sharing! Used to love exploring when I was young, finding old stuff along the way. Although it didnt look like this, the scenery and the cars in Arizona look fantastic. Oh, and the lack of rust is amazing! Where I live, I think skin can rust

I've been checking in on this post and man it sure brings back memories of growing up in Amarillo TX.
Dad would take us out of "City Limits" where we were free to do most anything.
I remember all types of "Stuff" that was discarded way out.
We would shoot our rifles at all kinds of cars and such.

Your post and the picture below which I recently came across sure bring back thoughts of the good old days.
