1973 455, brewster, numbers matching, engine is at cvms being built by Jim, should be about 550-600 tq and 525 hp, now I have a shoulder injury so the project will be slowed down a bit.

going to be very sharp with those honeycombs, Bruce.
Looks like that Camaro at the stripping place once had its rear spoiler "molded in"...

yeah that rear end spoiler area is interesting. That car has no body tag, and no VIN, suspected a 71 by looking at the evap system

One of my "honeys" on a Wheel balancer with a extended Adjustable " Lug Centric" adapter
at a ..gulp NISSAN garage! Too bad the car will not move with the wheels /tires installed. My stock 1980 WS6 rear ( 4Wdisc) calipers hit. now looking for a 1990 Camaro/firebird rear wheel spacers, that fit snug and dont move. I cant see the multi purpose ones with the spacer ring sliding down as you install the wheel, talk about out of balance.

Here are some recent pics of the car with new wheels and tires. Wheels are American Racing T71R in 17" with NItto 555's. 8" with 4" backspacing in front and 9" with 5" backspacing in rear. Car was painted before I got it, but touch up can that came with car says '09 Ford color. Clean, solid 52,000 mile car with manual disk/drum, pwr st, and A/C. Converted to power brakes. Also came with column shift auto. Will be converting to console soon. 464ci, T-350, 2.73 gear. 12.0's on these tires.

NICE!! I like it!! ( only thing I would do , if mine, would be to get some cooler air in the engine, via the fender , or? maybe a factory air cleaner with a chrome lid?
SWEET ride though

Thanks guys...I am working toward the fresh air set up. I am currently testing 3 carbs and intakes. Got several different air cleaner assy that I swap aroung to work with whatever carb/intake I have on that day. When I nail down what I want to stay with, my next step will be to try and catch some fresh air and permanent air filter assy. Also undecided on hood. Need the TA scoop really to get some carb height. Hey Lloyd. I'll send you the info.
