Whining? How is it whining if he is stating facts and warning others in the community? He paid for something and didn't receive it. Then, scaring other customer from there it will be impossible to fill all the orders. In the end someone would be left holding the bag. You have to realize that the profit margin on the headers were too low to fill the rest of the orders and cover overhead. That keeps vendors honest and protect everybody. We should report things like that more often.

When I first came out with my FMIC it fit my car fine. When I started get feedback from my customers in Canada that their cars had bigger batteries I revised my kit. I didn't call them whiners, it's a fact. I discussed it on open forums so, everyone know what was going on. I'm on version 4 of my kit and I always inform my past customers and offer the upgrade to them.

So many things were done wrong here. But, people complaining about getting shafted is not one of them.

Itsme, I'm OK with it, I have been a called a **** Sympathizer, Whiner, and other names over this and it don't bother me one bit becuae I have no clue who these people are.

What does bother me is I paid my cash that I earned working in far away countries and humping while there to some bum who lied to me and then HE verbally attacked me, now that bothers me.

Anyway, I want my money or headers and will not forget.

Too bad this site does not have a "like" buttom.....I would press it. This is a bad situation, because those headers are very nice. A lot of us would like to have them and they are basically unobtainable.

all i will say is i just talked to Ron. he called me because he had a question about my 2 inch round ports and wanted to be sure they were what i needed.

headers are being made, but with all the neg publicity, orders are down which means less can be made and shipped. all this is doing is slowing things down for everyone.

yes i wish Ron would put out a list and come on here, but every time he does it turns into a bitch session, so he just stays quiet and trys to make headers.

Send your money to Ron, he makes great headers, they fit really well and flow great numbers. They are the best headers for your Pontiachands down, buy them today! I know this because other faceless people on the internet told me so. And even though I have not received mine, I know they would be the best if I did have them!

...Then you might get them after a few years, maybe.

Is that better? Is that a positive picth to send more money the guy who took so much and gave back so little?

Well, if orders are down because of the negative publicity.... That means there should be more time to make headers I and other have PAID for!!!!!

How about the simple concept of delivering the product you sell!!!!!

The very best publicity he could get for himself is to actually deliver the headers to paying customers!!!

In the very beginning I think I waited well over a year and a half. Never saw any headers until I had my credit card company get my money back thru pay pal. Then Ron all of a sudden calls me and has my headers ready to ship. Yeah right!

I was berated by a few for getting my money back and delaying things. Those folks can tubo me! Get my drift. Even though Ron has a good product, he had no business plan and that's why he failed. When you need new money to furfill old customers someone will end up loosing, just like a chain letter or pyrimad scheme!

For those that say complaining about being ripped off will just slow the process, they can Turbo me also!

Now Ron and his merry men stop replying to posts and private messages and start a new thread with a new product hoping to get some new fools new money to further the scheme!

They can all Turbo me also!

Big ? is why Ron continues to not respond to all the ?'s AFTER taking all the money, then has another guy start another thread about TURBO headers!

Ron is doing what he can to make and ship headers.

I can't tell anyone what to do or how to act, but those
who aren't so negative seem to get what they wait for.

I own my business, too, and have had some negative
publicity this past year - the business suffered greatly.
I know where Ron's head is at and he is doing his best.

My patience has gotten me 4 sets of headers, and has
helped Ron try to get old orders shipped, too.

And I'll gladly send him more money and patiently wait.
And headers will be built and ship as a result.

Sure would make sense to get the goods to those who have a legitimate reason to complain.
Are these folks being put-off out of spite?
Looks to be the case and if so, I can understand why "business suffers".

People are reading the posts and aren't going to take the risk of losing money due to a personal vendetta between the vendor and the "dissatisfied customer"..... who in fact has a valid issue of concern.
