This is a 1967 Pontiac Lemans convertible with GTO hood and quarter panels already installed. It is an older restoration and would be an excellent starting point for a GTO convertible clone. This is a turnkey car, and runs and drives flawlessly. It starts with the turn of a key, doesn't leak, overheat, all the electricals function including the lights, signals, wipers, horn, radio and power top. It steers tight, shifts smooth, has a meaty clutch, good brakes and legitimately passes NY state inspection. It obviously has some cosmetic issues and though the car is pretty straight it does have some rust. I will delete this ad as soon as the car is sold and subsequently I will not respond to emails asking if it's still available. If you're local I'm happy to show you the car, if you're not I'm happy to help with delivery. I also have video of the car running and driving that I'm happy to send you.

Good eye on the SBC. The exhaust manifolds look like early 80 smog motor.

I thought the body was pretty bad, is that still a good price on a 67 Vert?

Depends on what it looks like in person I'd say. I saw that rust and yeah, you may be right. Frame might be swiss cheese.

Plymouth Conquest starion TSI turbo w/Mustang 5.0, 5 speed 3K OBO Long Island. Pics,

http://newyork.craigslist.org/lgi/cto/2023021777.html

Here is a VID ON YOUTUBE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rpWp3UKt-U

Same as the Chrysler Conquest TSI/ Mitsubishi Starion ESiR
originally a 5-speed car with a 4-cylinder turbo motor"G54B"

This car was originally built for grassroots motorsports magazine and competed in the challenge. Very cool car. This car doesnt have extensive mods and is pretty reliable . There are a few details that need some attention to finish off the swap. Car needs work on the winsheild wiper motor and could use a better radiator " I will include an aluminum one I was going to install" Speedo doesnt work so the mileage is off by about 3k or so.Could use a tune up and a new belt "minimal work" This car needs to go to someone that can apreciate it and handle it. The car needs work and as such will be sold on an as is no warramy implied basis. Im looking for $3000 OBO. Email me if you are serious

I drove this car to work for a couple of months because my commute is short but that is about to change and I need to move so she has to go. Car was southern and has NO RUST OR ROT trust me. Wash and wax it and do a little bit of work and have fun with the car!

106k on chassis
unknown mileage on motor:

5.0L 302 V8 "Has the GT40 Equivilant heads and intake"
Crane Speed Density Cam
No A/C
86 Mustang harness with TMS Mass jumper harness kit.
A9I ECU
Mustang IAC
T5 5-speed tranny
1PC driveshaft
Linelock
ST Sway Bars
Eibach Pro Kit
Solid rear mounts
Electric fans

Would consider trades such as:
DSM/GVR4 " Galant Vr4, Mistubishi Eclipse GSX, Eagle Talon TSI, Plymouth Laser AWD"
BMW 2002
BMW E21
BMW E30 coupe " 325,325i,325is,325es,325ix"
BMW E24 6-series "633,635.635csi,M6"
SC300 / SC400
Cressida
MK2 Supra
MK3 Supra Turbo
MR-2 MR2
AE86 COROLLA GTS
TACOMA/ TRUCK 4X4
Wrangler 6 cyl
Corolla twin cam
89-92 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham/ Hearse
Z31 300zx Turbo
S14 240sx
FC3S RX7 T2
Mazda RX3
Datsun 510
Audi Coupe GT
Audi 4000cs
Mazda Miata
" I PREFER MANUAL TRANSMISSION"

Default '72 Lemans sedan, 27K survivor

Just a 4-door stripper with 350/350. But that's a lot of car for around $2,000.
Looks like they went to town with undercoating underneath, and Armour All.

Default 1976 Catalina sedan, time capsule!

Wow, only showing 2700 miles. Looks like a low option model except for the wire wheel covers. No telling what the reserve is.

There is a dealer up in Quebec that has two or three mid 70s Pontiacs like this, with under 10K miles. A Lemans and Ventura have been listed in Hemmings for years. The name of the outfit is Jon Scotti, or something like that. He buys them from wherever, and puts a Fort Knox price on them. He'll own them until he goes bankrupt or dies.
I wonder if that's where this Cat will end up.

Default 70 RAIII Formula Firebird 9K

1970 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 RAIII (Queens / Nassau LI)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After realizing I cannot seem to make the time needed to restore my car and since I am buying a cabin cruiser so I can enjoy some free time finally with family and friends that will no doubt take up a lot more of my time, I have come to terms and balanced out what is realistic and what is just male testosterone. So I am putting my car for sale regretfully....

1970 Pontiac Formula 400 RA III with a Muncie close ratio 4-speed trans and 12 bolt 3:73 posi rear. Optional Lucerne blue ext w/ bright blue deluxe int, 15" Rallye package, chrome trim package, heavy duty suspension with front disc brakes and no luxury options to make car lighter, all original matching numbers with 44k original miles and PHS Documentation is included. This is a car that bows to no muscle or pony car in stock form. These are amongst some of the fastest Pontiacs ever released from the factory. Try and find another ordered like this one, all I can tell you is good luck as in 7 years of searching other owners I could only find one other restored and another missing everything.
It does need a full restoration, it does have body rot in quarters, trunk jamb and rust in the common places with the f-bodies but she is solid with great floors and solid rails. I have seen other cars needing more that are worth less and were restored to a lucrative classic so I have no doubts with this one as even the same year Trans Am Ram Air III's can't touch her price tag. There is nothing to hide with the vehicle as I partially disassembled here setting up to begin the work so it is all there to see. This is a very sought out, rare muscle/pony car that's even more rare due to the way factory ordered. I do not have a title, as these cars came with none in this era and I was going to do the Broadway title thing but apparently you cannot obtain one with out the car passing a safety inspection and insurance which I obviously cannot do due to the car being apart but again I have PHS documentation and I will be happy to give a bill of sale. Everything is there right down to the original AM radio except for original carb and windshield that cracked being removed. She is even still on her Good Year Poly glass tires! I am not desperate for money but I am fair and expect the same in return as this is a once in a life time chance so she goes to the best offer around $9K cash and the car is well worth it and I know if anyone knows these cars they know it too. Scammers do not even bother as I will not take a check, credit card or a story and this deal is only for those that can do it in person. Serious inquiries only please as I am not here to waste your time or mine. It is just a sin for this car to lay up and for me to become one of those guys that will own her for decades but will restore her one day... know what I mean?

If interested please call (347) 526-0871 ... Please do not text and please no calls after 8 pm, thanks.

This is what she look like before disassembly to get an idea

Some pics of her amenities

This is where she is at now

Wow...RAIII, fourspeed Formula. Now, that is a nice Formula and a fair price I think at under $10K...
