Mine started out as fixing an engine issue, and then snowballed. It seemed to be running just a bit off, but nothing major. I was running #96 heads that I had a shop repair cracks, which they said would be fine after repair. Turns out they cracked again. Then, the brake line to the rear brakes was badly rusted and I broke it. Before I knew it I was doing almost everything. So after 12 years of starts and stops, there is light at the end of the long tunnel.

Dave I hear you my 64 really needs to be done but I need to put a couple back together first . This Bonne put a monkey wrench in the 65 build but as I mentioned earlier I just couldn't let it go I had to save it . . My older son Tim actually likes driving it . Having owned mine for 35 years and over 170K miles, I can concur on enjoy driving it. Eats interstate miles or mountain roads in comfort. When the wife asks, "is there room for this?", there ALWAYS is. If you put it in a car show, there never is another one.
