It nailed her 428i compared to the actual, even down to the mineral gray and wheels. So it does make you wonder why it can't get the correct pictures for a GTO or Firebird...

I haven't played with the random image generator recently but I asked ChatGPT to help me visualize rear spring options.
It's struggling, and it heavily meters the work it does for free, but it's getting better. It's honestly amazing to interact in a conversation and have the typed instructions translated into an image. I fed it this "as-bought" image from 22 yrs ago. The car has "settled" original springs, basically a "stock" stance: Here's the "what if?", or "I wish!" translation. It is far from perfect, but good enough for what I wanted to see: And here's an attempt to raise the rear by about an inch over stock. This took about 6 attempts over 2 days but it's the best so far. As you can see, it's having a hard time raising the rear without raising the front: |

I respect your dislike of this topic and thread, but "you need to get a job at Disneyland" and "stop" feels more personal than simply stating your opinion.
Thanks for both suggestions, but I'll decline both. It's not my intent to annoy anyone but if the thread bothers you, maybe ignore it? Mike |

I'm surprised there's actually another side to the coin
in my rendition the cat gets the break with some assistance from the horse while birds get a break from the cat. One who craves attention, intentionally creates conflict, hostility, or arguments, repeatedly returning to hurl insults and rude comments in lieu of just moving on, "a sad little Troll on a forum", better off to ignore them... What would a modern 9th or 10th generation Chief Obwandiyag (Pontiac) look like today? Gto Rat Rod at the drag strip. GTO Hot Rod in the driveway with a tiger theme paint job. Frank

LOL you are getting some great results from some good ideas.
The modern chief is impressive as is the tiger design. I guess if the cats and dogs end up in the same corral, each can decide whether to get along or hiss and snarl. Here they have chosen to share lunch together at the Pontiac factory: Mike |

That's a cool one!
Some employers are actually introducing animals as well as letting employees bring their own pets into certain work place environments to generate a more open and friendly atmosphere. ![]() Frank

I'm guessing 90% of the population doesn't get our interest in old cars either.

These still Microsoft program?
I thought that AI supposedly learned to correct itself or search for correct things? Seems it still doesn't know what a Pontiac GTO looks like? I can see maybe some features changed for copyright or whatever, but why the same looks? Guess that's why I don't do it, enough fake stuff don't need to add more.

There's no need to get worked up, folks - keep it civil. If you aren't interested in this thread just don't look at it anymore.

Ah using this to see paint jobs on your car might be a really helpful use. I paid a guy on Fiverr to do this but I can see now there's endless tweaking potential until you find the one you like from another car.

It's far from a miracle. A human with skills and modern software could do this a lot better. I think that's obvious. I value seeing real photos of real cars with real parts a lot more.
The interesting thing about it for me is interacting with the software like it was a text message with another person. Only this is just a program translating a written description into an image. Good images?, no... but it's getting better. |

Just did this on OpenArt, took 34 seconds to process my 2 pictures I sent the same guy on Fiverr, this program crushed him.
1991 Talon 2016 GTR Deep Blue Pearl After seeing the pictures I'm leaning all blue bottom half and black upper half. These pictures help see if I should keep the ground effects body color or different like the factory.
