Post 1234, and 1235, insinuating you ran in the 7s.

If you want to talk about some fake azz racers.
Where did all the CVWhat guys go. Not a peep on the web or FB really. Are converters still that hard to come by? Waiting on the next port or Tee Pee manifold?

Right but that could have been last year....or not, I never said BUT I didn’t say that I raced this year, that would be a lie and I don’t....lie that is! I don’t post everything that I do on this web site.

Enough already about the first aftermarket Pontiac V8 heads!
Mickey sold his first Pontiac aluminum heads in 1962. Yes they had hemi chambers, and no they weren't "bolt on"- but they were definitely the "first". To truly answer the "first Pontiac aftermarket head" question- a search for who made the earliest ones for the inline flathead sixes and eights would be needed.

Pretty sure that's where the hatred stems from.
A buddy of mine busted his Azz a while ago. Said he was a conceited Jack Azz before the race and totally humble after he got his Azz cracked.....my buddy was running "starter" E-heads. |

My engine was started in the late 80s. All were had were Crower Billets since they stopped making their forged Pontiac rod. And factory steel and then BME aluminum. Maybe a few others. Edelbrock and Eagle kick started this whole thing. Wenzler has made Oldsmobile aluminum cylinder heads for awhile now. But they are not where we are. Its about mass production. And come on George. I own a "starter" set of E heads that have been in the 7s in a 3400lb car. By someone who has the money and will to do that and more. For me its great. I can buy the nice old junk and it will easily do more than I need for pretty cheap. |

Lol....those that lie have a hard time trusting. You been whacked so many times by "starter" Eheads you can't figure it out?
