It's Angie Dickinson.
What I see wrong with the pic is that the Chevy seems to be ahead.

Nonstock Chevy hood. They need all the help they can get to beat the Pontiac.

Thanks goodness somethings have come down in price...

last but not least for this post...

I guess no one saw what I saw as unusual. It is the color of the GTO. It appears to be Verduro Green. I've never seen a 67 GTO factory painted that color. Didn't that color come out in '68 for all models? I thought it may have been a Firebird only color in '67, not sure.
Has anyone even seen a factory painted '67 GTO that color?

I recall seeing an article about a 67 GTO that had been built as Verdero Green. They had all the legit docs.

Other than what has been pointed out on the Chevelle, the only thing I see wrong with the photo is... the GTO hasn't passed it yet. Had to be a Chevy guy who took the photo, and he had to make sure he got the photo before the Chevy lost.

Page 39 of the DeMauro book "Original GTO" has a factory Verdoro Green '67 pictured with the story of how and why it was ordered that way from the factory...So I guess the answer would be that it wasn't officially available on GTOs but could be special ordered.
And again....I say the girl is Angie Dickinson.

That is me back in 1982 with our new 1982 Pontiac J2000 ... My sister took the car to college and then it was passed to me ... while in college I sold it to my roommate for 500 bucks with 154k on it.... 3yrs later I saw it still driving around ....

Can't make out the dealer name on the door, but there is no mistaking that Indian head logo.
