That Mustang GTO and Pontiac Trans Am minivan will make Delorean and Knudsen roll over in their graves laughing. Why is idiots run amuck on Craigs List either trying to scam people or haven't a clue as to what their selling?

$1,500 seems like a steal for that minivan. Part of me is tempted to go out to New Mexico and get it - that'd be a great "kid and kid stuff" hauler!

It was called a Transport all one word but it isn't even close to what he had in mind.

What I meant by not being far off was that it may have just been a brain fart typo.... You think 'Trans Sport' and write 'Trans Am'....and it actually is two words- Trans Sport

I hauled a bunch of the Trans Sports, Olds Silhouettes, and Chevy APVs out of Baltimore back in the 80s and early 90s. 6 to a load. A PITA to load but at least it was backhaul work for us.

The best thing I read in that ad was-
Quote:
'This car is an unfinished project "
He hasn't screwed up the interior yet with that pukish green, tv screens, etc. That car could easily be saved if you just got rid of the wheels. If you sold the wheels, tires and other associated stuff to get the car that far in the air, you might come out pretty good on a car like that.
