I have several Pontiac style Quadrajets (front inlet) free for shipping costs. Will post stamping #'s later today. Safariman |

Safariman, I might be interested in one of those carbs...I'll drop you a PM. If it works out, I should have a Holley to offer up here.
And I'm still trying to find someone that needs a bench seat out of a 67 Tempest wagon. It's been re-worked in one area, but there aren't any rips or tears in it.

What's the Holley, maybe a 1 for 1 swap?

Dumb question, but will a '76 intake fit on a '70 400?

I'd like one of those quads, whatever condition... I assume they all need rebuilding? I'm looking to change my 400 from 2bbl to 4bbl
I don't have a huge Pontiac collection (yet) but I have a couple things that maybe somebody might want: '70 fullsize (Catalina) front left headlight assembly, complete '67 Cast iron intake for Ford '289 '81 Honda CX500 engine, needs stator. (+ other misc. parts for same motorcycle) Located in Ogden, Utah. Will ship the headlight assy. or intake, not the engine. |

I'll see if I can dig out that Holley this weekend and see what it is. I'm pretty sure I know which box I stuffed it into...

'81 Honda CX500 engine, needs stator. (+ other misc. parts for same motorcycle) I'll post carb #'s as soon as I can get in the shed to check them (working 12's on night shift this week). Most will need rebuild kit, some are just shells, but I think 2 of them where complete still If you were closer I'd take that CX500 engine and any other parts you still had, as I am still riding my '81 CX500 Custom almost everyday. Do you have the coil pack still? I've got a spare engine, but no coils, and thinking about building a go-kart out of it. |

I figured that out right after I posted, but thought it would be bad taste to withdraw the post. Would have been a good engine to put in my Safari. |

Is someone on here offering up a Performer intake? I must have missed that. Or were you referring to something else?

I have a stock TH350 torque converter. Very low stall speed. 1400-1500 RPM or so. Nothing wrong with it. I just went to a 2500 stall converter.

I would like either junk head that are able to be flow tested or a set of good heads that can be flow tested. I'll pay forward something. I want to learn how to port heads.
Thanks! |
