#9750025 was the 69-only Firebird front emblem up through at least 1979. 67-68 used #9747207 originally and then was superseded in the 70's with part #9748667. It is possible that the 67-68 emblem may have been listed for 69 at some point, but it is not the same as the 69 version.

So, you're saying that the original black & silver '69 Firebird 400/Trans AM bumper badge was part #9750025, and was available from GM through 1979, correct? And you're also saying that #9747207 for '67-'68 'Birds only changed to #9748667 sometime in the 70's? (Not really interested in the answer to the 2nd question; just trying to clarify.) Is there a reference where I can see that info?

Hi John, thank you for the kind words. At this time I have no intention on an earlier version of the front bumper emblem. I am currently wrapped up in another project for our 1977 Chevrolet 4X4 square body pickup.

Hello All, yes the Michael Anderson here... To those of you that I have spoken with, yes I am finally getting into my storage of all the rare and NOS pieces. As a reminder, the warehouse was packed back when computers were just a passing phase and thus there is no inventory or bin locations. I am working my way through the 100's of GM crates and will be posting the individual pieces as they are unpacked. For those of you that do not know, this is primarily first and second generation Firebird (and Camaro) pieces.

As for the 1969 Firebird 400 Bumper Emblems, I do have a few remaining. I actually, have one posted up on eBay this week. I also have attached images of the reproduction next to an original NOS GM emblem "9750025". The spacing is perfect thus there should be no issues with fitment. Regarding the correct “69” mounting brackets, I did have them made, although I have not come across the box and thus the reason why they have the earlier mounts. If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

PS, I'm new to this forum thing thus it might take me a while to get up to speed.
