Yeah, the stripes are kind of screwy but not a bad looking car overall and the asking price is pretty reasonable.
What is that contraption on the drivers side front of engine? Some kind of California clean-air crap? A/C? or what?

Looks like an air pump for emissions. If for the Denver market they had some of the same issues as Cali..

note the hose routing - WTF attaches the hardline? does it just flap around?

Yeah, but it has the ultra-rare owner deleted A/C. Looks like they closed off the evaporator case with Great Stuff! Maybe you get the car and house for 20k
