The RA-V Heads Ed has on his engine I believe are aluminum and were some of
Don's stuff out of Ohio. Actually two different manufacturer's sets of aluminum RA-V heads were on Ed's engine. My original comments were based on Durability of the engine design. The basic Pontiac design is many years old. The Aftermarket engine designers did the bore spacings they did for a reason. All I have to say on this very old thread. Also a thread by a poster with 2 posts to date. That would imply that they were here before under a different name. Banishment????? Tom V.
