next time home I will try to look up the dates on a 72 HO I have. when I bought it, it had the rounded type on it. maybe we can get a date time frame.

looks like it was brown with a blue deluxe interior?????

would want to look it over for rust, but most things look there which is a huge plus.

wonder what he really wants for it?

15" wheels? AM/FM, HO, A/C, gauges, formula wheel, Ram Air - that's got to be an expensive car!

No spoiler too for those who like that.

Ram air would be neat! Got to see the phs for sure. He said hood replaced and no way to see what carb is from pix.

Cool 71 HO Formula for sure. But, it's a project! If all done can it bring over 50K?

Is it just me or does there seem to be more silver HO formulas than any other color?

I agree, beautiful color combination. I used to have a '71 Z/28 that was silver on blue - loved it.

No, it does seems like silver was one of the more common color on the HO's and silver with blue deluxe will be a great looking combination. Despite all the dust it looks to be a very complete car. Would like to see the PHS and see all the options.

I see an opening bid of $10K. That's real fair. I think you would need another...8K body & paint unless you can do it and that's still 1500 in materials. Everything appears to be there, can it be done for around $40K including the purchase? It would be a pretty car.

Also for those in the know, I see that color on the valve covers every once in a while on a Pontiac, and sometimes the whole engine. Is that just somebody painting them red? I know of no Pontiacs I've ever seen like that. I've saw a few finds by members here on the forum that when they posted up pics, were like that. Once or twice, okay. seven or eight times, makes me wonder.

I think Silver is the Best color and that reflects with other brands too. Look at the German mfg Porsche it was or still is their number one color of choice.
Its also easier to keep clean then those dark colors like Brewster Green

not enough room in the shark tank for that one/

I would give him 16,000 for the body, it looks pretty good. then drop in my spare 71 engine, but it needs fenders, and a ton of other stuff to make it right.

Beautiful trio Mike! Glad to see the snow has melted and you can finally get them out!

Best way to do a video is call Chris - I bet he would even come take the videos for you. That way you can concentrate your full attention to working the pedals and throttle to maximize the awesomeness of the burnouts!

Simply awesome! I love a Formula in Sundance Orange. Wish mine was of enough value to spend the money on redoing in it's original Sundance.

I like anything in Sundance, need one of my own!

If it's just a walk around video, I'm not helping. That road better be screaming!!!
