You could have a TA with either the WM/YB if Unitized ignition or the WD/YE if it had standard points ignition.

Or a GTO/T-41 LeMans with a HO could have any 4 of those engine codes too...

The GTO/Lemans would have the WM or YB because the unitized ignition, T-41 option and RAM AIR were ALL mandatory options.

Took quite a while but I went through all the '72 T/A's in my database that I have info on built before end of '71 calender year. So far, '72 T/A's ordered with WM's & YB's outnumber WD's & YE's nearly 20-1. my sample size is only a 1/10 of production & definitely could be bigger, but there seems to be a trend.

Yeah, nice car. Doesn't mention anything about number matching engine or tranny. Too bad it wasn't a 4spd.

Rosewood metallic was very close to that color.
Nice car, but too many shark tank fixes for me.

Nice looking car, love the color. Looks like a repop ram air cleaner without the flaps/vacuum pods. Later dash bezel, not exactly full gauges as said, and I can't get a good enough look at the heads to tell if they are round port or not. Seems like 90% of the 71's claimed as HO/Ram Air turn out to be D ports so I'm always skeptical until they post PHS or show more detail.
If someone wants the car looked at before they fly in, PM me and I'll do my best to tear myself away from work and go look at it.

"Full Gauge package" 38K?, and no published numbers or a PHS? Its a good looking car, about 15K overpriced, IF its got its drivetrain all intact Notes; hood holes, wrong fenders......Gauges? etc ..etc... |

I think I will call on it and see where it's at, looks like the northern part of our metro area where I live so might not be too far.
