The 1963 GP used the Roto-Hydramatic. (SWB cars only).
See here.

Did you notice the vacuum gauge for the automatic 63 G/P ??, 2nd year for the G/P with a automatic gets a vacuum gauge instead of a tach.

The link you provided for the six worst automatic's was full of opinionated falsehoods about Hydramatic 375 and Tempest torque transaxle. Plus the somewhat false history and decision making of those transmissions totally inaccurate, even the bit about the Porsche 928 being the first Porsche to use the engine in front and the rear drive transaxle is false as the 924 was the first Porsche to do so.

You want to see a good race to see how well a Roto works? find the 1963 Indy nationals and see the final trophy race in A/SA between a 421 62 Cat with a Roto vs a 63 Plymouth 426wedge with a 727 Torqueflight. Pontiac grabs a little out the hole as the fluid coupling changes the ratio from 3.50 to 2.93 in first gear, 2nd gear the Pontiac fluid coupling dumps in less than four tenths of a second and is now in 2nd gear at 1.56 and since it's coupling is empty the trans is in FULL mechanical connection and when this happens the Pontiac jumps a full fender on the Mopar and pulls away, when the Pontiac shifts into 3rd or fourth range ( count all the above ) the fluid coupling fills, however only 40% of the engine torque goes through the fluid coupling and because this trans has "Split Torque" 60% of the torque in high gear is in mechanical connection.

Once a fluid coupling is spooled up it's more efficient than a torque converter and with split torque it's even more efficient.

I'm liking that 68 better than the 70 under discussion earlier.

Super rusty but apparently complete 69 GTO 4-speed at $12.8K BIN in Texas. May need a rebody, but all the base parts are there. Looks like a Ram Air car.

Definitely not a Ram Air car with a WT block.
That car was actually featured along with a burgundy car on a you tube video. Apparently the previous owner died.

I thought I recognized it from the video. Not surprised they chose to sell it instead of restoring.

64 GTO Tripower 4-speed at $4500 BIN in Kansas. A black/black car, it's a turdpile for sure, but the bones are there. If you had a hoard of spare parts (including a hood) it's prolly worth it?

70 GTO 455 4-speed at $10K NR in Alabama that was originally Mint Turquoise. The original engine is gone and it has a 69 400 in it. I don't know how the value of a car like this changes based on what it was born with? It's a 70 GTO 4 speed with a 400 in it. Nothing wrong with that, but even if it had a numbers matching (but non original) 455 it still wouldn't fetch what a NM car would bring. Worth $10K IMO.
