Guess that I lied, I forgot that I have also put new brakes and exhaust on the car. Still probably less that $1500 total in the car in 32 years.
Not a bad investment huh.

Now if I had also just kept the 69 396 4sp SS, 69 383 Super Bee, 70 351W 4sp Mach 1, and the 79 Pontiac 400 4sp WS6 T/A that I have had over the years I would be really happy.

Snapped this one in Riverside, CA a month or so ago at a big local carshow.
The owner said its a one owner all original unrestored car. I wish I took more of it!

Also from the Riverside show, but unfortunately the sun made for a less than desireable picture.

It's good to see so many green goats! I think I posted a pic way back on page 2 or 3 but here's an updated pic taken last weekend. After 2 years undergoing surgery in the garage, I'm finally ready to roll again!

blown 68, your car looks awesome with the chrome nose and hidden headlights. I bet that took a lot of fabrication. The blower is a nice touch too

Talking

Here's a few new pics of mine. First one was taken on Sept. 17 after a local GTO club meeting.

The next two pics were taken Oct. 1. Three fellow GTOers and I cruised down to Pontiac, IL for a show, then back up to Ingleside, IL to the Dog-n-Suds there for supper. 295 total miles driven, 20.15 gallons of gas burned, 14.49 mpg. for the trip. Lots of 70+ mph driving and we drove down and back over old route 66 south of Joliet.
