I recently purchased a car, you don't know how many people showed interest and never pulled the trigger yet alone even showed to see the car... I flew out , i offered, I had to wait for him to sort out the wafflers, did the deal, its home...

It's a sad story for sure. One owner True 1969 Firebird Sprint MT car.
Was red with white interior. Long story short the owner lost interest in the car long ago and it just fell apart. Car was never in any accident he just let it rust away

What's left of the body is going to now wrap a race chassis,
and I now own the driveline

Looking closer at this engine,
Please tell me that is not how the factory ran the harness in '69

Looks like maybe the block was tanked and left in the natural finish and started to rust?

Needs work that is for sure.
