Hello, no they don't. They are for a .065 over factory 400 build.

I will go $500 for rings and all. I see you have been advertising them for a long time I have a 400 block rough bored to .060 I have been advertising for a long time also maybe I can build something out of them. If not I fully understand I was just throwing it out there.
