Default Reproduction Hood Hinges

Any experience with Ames Repro Hood Hinges? Grey Phosphate? Look OE? If not, I will need mine rebuilt. I see maybe they paint them with Eastwood paint so they look like Phosphate? Uhhh. I suppose I can get them rebuilt and phosphate them myself.

Contact Willie Wilson at Hood Hinge Repair. Did a great job on my 68. One of the better vendors.

I looked at his web pages. Doesn't mention getting them Phosphated, just Eastwood Paint that looks like Phosphate? I would think he would be equipped to do it all? I surely don't want them painted!
