Hey Dennis - no problem at all. I'm guilty of FAR worse brain farts than that one, LOL!

Did he replace the oil pressure transducer, then?

All the other things look original.

Lloyd, it's not a HO (that's '75).

Nope, just fluffing it up here and there. No painting, just cleaning and replacing a few minor incorrect items. Here's a few more teasers Lloyd.

HFR, That's the oil pressure transducer that it came with, so it probably replaced the original way back when that went bad.

It appears to have most of its original Ascot Silver paint (roof, hood, and driver door has newer paint that they blended in pretty darn good).

Was the hood repainted around the snorkels? The RA decals look like they were placed too far back. The brown car looks more correct.

Mark, the flattened elbow was only used on the Firebirds as far as I know. Not uber rare, but hard to come by with the correct casting (for any year being discussed).

HFR, Yes, the hood, roof and driver door upper half were repainted back in '77, so had new RAM AIR scoop decals installed.

Man, what a nice looking '74 Formula 455 Ram Air car Dennis. I don't recall if I saw it last year, but it wouldn't have mattered due to my on-going health and financial issues.

Just for my own info - was it an auto / air car by any chance?

I think that I have one floating around here in one of my piles of parts, Dennis. If I can find it it's yours.

Yes it was an auto with working A/C,p/w,tilt wheel, deluxe cloth interior, and a posi. It was also PHS documented of coarse. I would have kept the car except my wife need Knee Replacement Surgury.
