Default Front struts, mounts?

Going to be replacing the front struts and despite much searching, I am unsure if I need an upper strut mount, a bearing plate or an insulator. Or all.
I would like to replace any rubber and any bearing but the metal is good.
Just what the heck am I looking for?
Maybe I will call Summit tech support...

How many miles on the OEM parts?

Over 100,000 miles you wouldn't be wasting money to replace every part, but if you want to tear the unit apart, and examine each part signally you won't waste any money.

Here is a Scotty Kilmer you tube video talking about how to determine if the mounts are bad. There are many You Tube videos to answer your questions.

Bearings are usually noisy when turning the front wheels, they grind, snap, as well as can over bumps they can make noise if they're loose.

FWIW, my 05 GTO has 145,000 miles and has had 2 sets of mounts and bearings, and needs another set. First set at 17,000, second set at 65,000 and now needs another set.
