Default 1962 Catalina

Up for sale is my '62 Cat in need of restoration.I believe if someone is looking to build a "clone car" this would be an excellent, solid start.

According to PHS, the car was assembled in California and sold through a dealer in Reno,Nevada.I purchased the car in 2000.The trunk floor needed work and therefore was replaced. It needs some finishing along the inside tail panel(The trunk floor was rusted badly because the rear window leaked). The other floors and frame are mint with no scale or corrosion. There are a few minor body rust areas. The car started its life as a 2bbl auto.Someone converted it to a 4 speed T10. The trans needs work as it pops out of 2nd gear.I added the Tri-Power and long branch exhaust manifolds.I also added a 3.23 open rear end.I am attaching just a few pics. If there is interest,I will take more. This car will be for "Pick Up",Cash only.If you are in Norwalk for the August Pontiac show,I am only 35 minutes east of there.Message me for my address if interested in stopping by for a "look see". Thanks.
Price $12k. Stop by with CASH only and a trailer.
