Good reference pics for starter wire routing on v8 car
I did not do enough research and am
In the garage on my phone lol. Does anyone have a series of photos that shows the battery cable going from batt to starter on a 69 v8 car w factory hi performance dport manifolds? Stick car. I know I need to come off the back of the head What is the routing to that drop off point? I Am Converting an ohc car so all of that was closer to the battery. Thank you

Not sure the battery cable comes from back of head?
The alternator wire and start wire do I think. My pic is sharper than what PY shows.

That makes a lot more sense. I had stumbled into something showing an ho car had a tube at back of the head Buy it’s possible I was looking at either solenoid wires or a body cars thank you both

There is a tube in the back. You can see it in view B of the second posted schematic blueprint. It carries wiring to the solenoid (just not the battery cable).

I'm looking for one of those L shaped starter wire tubes for a 1967 v8 car if anyone has an extra.
