Default 66 tripower adjustments

When I run my newly restored 66 421 tripower 4spd, it seems to kick, buck, big down as I rev up to the 3,000 range.

Not getting enough fuel???

Any ideas? The carbs were rebuilt/ restored but I wasn't aware at the time that we had tripower experts to send them to.

Thanks in advance

A little late now but I had John Havens do my center carb and when I got it back just bolt it on and not touch a thing and it is perfect. He puts them on a test motor to check them.

Is the choke open? When does it bog down? More info as to when it happens would be helpful. I restore tripower, but so does Dick Boneske, Pontiac Tripower.com and a few others. We will help.
