Reserve was not met, so it's hard to say if he sold it after the auction or not. 33K seems like top of the market to me.

33k for a driver quality base 400 GTO is strong money. I don't think the color change hurt it at all.

I absolutely agree this is strong money.
But not on BaT. I watch it everyday and bids go higher on average cars and sometimes it's just downright crazy high.

This '68 GTO droptop was one of the first that really floored me.

The seller made the comment that high bid was close. Now that there will not be the 5% buyers fee , I’m sure high bidder and seller will come to an agreement.

If they do, I'd guess $35K.
He already bid $34,650. I don't think the seller would go lower than that amount.
