Master cylinder rebuilder recommendations

After sending my Master and proportioning valve to Apple Hydraulics. I just got them back with the verdict that they can't do the needed work....

Well, before I give up and go the repop route. Does anyone else have a recommendation?

Anyone have luck on tough pieces before?
