Default 64-65 A body convertible rear tack rail

I have two rear tack rails. I know one came off a 64 lemans convertible and the other either a 64 or 65, not sure which one. The one pictured with the "factory bend" in the rail is about 3/4" shorter than the "straight" rail. Both do fit in the well area of a 64 I am working on, but the "straight" one fits a little tighter. I see that our sponsor sells one replacement part for both 64 and 65. Could this difference just been a production change? Or is one a 64 and the other a 65?
