Looking to put a set of gears in my '76 Bonneville, currently it has 2.41 gears open and I want a 3.55 posi. I was wondering what fits from the A-G-F bodied cars and I also heard that a 12 bolt chevy bolts underneath.

i'd probably look for a unit out of an impala / caprice of the same body style. you're more likely to find one with a ratio close to what you want. 12 bolts are easier to find parts for also, at least in this area. mike
