Default 1967 Grand Prix Fuel sending unit source

I have a friend looking for a fuel tank sending unit for a 1967 Grand Prix.

Anyone know a source, I checked Ames and they don't list one for a 67.

Must be unique, I do not know.

Thank you in advance, Bob

There isn't one. '67-68 cars used a cylindrical pickup with a donut in the middle for the fuel indicator. The donut swells and sticks and then ceases to read the fuel level correctly. What there *is* as a potential solution is the '67-68 Impala sending unit. It's not a perfect match 100% as it's the swing arm style that the A\F-body uses, but it functions the same and several people I've talked to have used it without issue.

I realize this is an old thread but can you give me info on where this can be found. A part number or some sort of reference would be wonderful! I've looked EVERYWHERE!

There were two versions...

2 bbl without AC had a single fuel line while all 4 bbls or any car with AC had two fuel lines (return line).
